I love Thai cuisine and Pad Thai is always a favorite. I make Pad Thai with both chicken and shrimp, not with tofu. It has wide rice noodles and a mild brown sauce. Tom Yum soup has 2 traditional versions and you are able to make either version. Tom Yum also has shrimp and and can be made with the clear broth or the creamy version. For dessert we will have a pineapple sorbet.
